Security Policy

MyBioDTrack uses security controls to protect accounts, data and system services from unauthorised access.

User responsibilities

• Use a strong password and never share your password or OTP code.
• Sign out after using a shared computer or device.
• Report suspicious activity, a lost device or possible unauthorised access immediately.

Reporting an incident

If you suspect a security issue, contact mybiodtrack@nres.gov.my. Do not send passwords, OTP codes or access tokens by email.
